Actio is built as the antithesis: software that runs in your building and stays there. A remote shutdown is not part of the architecture.

C5 requirements apply to cloud processing of health data. For Actio they never arise: your data stays in the building.

No. Actio works exclusively on administration: minutes, dictation, application intake, invoices. It makes no clinical decisions and has no medical purpose under the MDR.
The agents are engineered to avoid high-risk functions. The application agent checks completeness only, without scoring or profiling (Art. 6(3)). Following the June 2026 omnibus, Annex III high-risk obligations apply from 2 Dec 2027.
Art. 6(3) self-assessment included in the dossier
Usually yes, under § 87(1) no. 6 BetrVG in Germany or § 96 ArbVG in Austria. Actio stores no individual performance metrics; we provide a template agreement so co-determination does not become a blocker.
A single GPU server in your own data center is enough to start. Exact sizing depends on the agents deployed and is specified in the reference-architecture dossier.
