Does patient data ever leave the hospital?
No. All agents run on servers inside your network. Nothing is transmitted to Actio or third parties, and the system works without an internet connection.
Is Actio a medical device?
No. Actio works exclusively on administration: minutes, dictation, application intake, invoices. It makes no clinical decisions and has no medical purpose under the MDR.
Where does Actio stand under the EU AI Act?
The agents are engineered to avoid high-risk functions. The application agent checks completeness only, without scoring or profiling (Art. 6(3)). Following the June 2026 omnibus, Annex III high-risk obligations apply from 2 Dec 2027.Art. 6(3) self-assessment included in the dossier
Does the works council need an agreement?
Usually yes, under § 87(1) no. 6 BetrVG in Germany or § 96 ArbVG in Austria. Actio stores no individual performance metrics; we provide a template agreement so co-determination does not become a blocker.
What hardware does the facility need?
A single GPU server in your own data center is enough to start. Exact sizing depends on the agents deployed and is specified in the reference-architecture dossier.
What does Actio cost?
Pricing is per agent per month and depends on scope and integration. We share concrete numbers in a call, after a short review of your requirements.
